The year 2015 was not an easy year for the Hubbard Family. Jerry, my Dad, was receiving chemotherapy treatments from May to December. During this time, it was not possible for the Hubbard Family to play and travel as usual and we all missed it terribly, none more than Daddy. It was a tough time for us, but today the cancer is gone from his body, all glory to God!! As a family, we are all more thankful and enthusiastic than ever for each opportunity to play music together and share what the Lord means to us. 2016 has been a very busy year for the Hubbard Family so far and we couldn't be happier. We have put together a new album entitled "ALWAYS" which will be available soon and features some songs from our older albums as well as new recordings of "Open The Eyes of My Heart", "The Happy Song", "Train of Grace" and "Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)". Also, we are headed out on our Northwest tour and for the last two and a half weeks of May we will be playing in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. We are especially excited to be playing at an Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Thanks for the prayers and for taking time to visit our website! We hope to see you on the road somewhere in 2016. God bless! - Emmylou

The Hubbard Family had the opportunity to open for acclaimed fingerstyle guitarist Doyle Dykes on June 19th, 2015 in Big Sandy, Texas at The Joyful Noise Music Hall. After playing a set of their original music, the Hubbard Family joined Doyle on stage to play "I Saw The Light". Later in the evening, Lorianne Hubbard joined Doyle in a powerful and moving performance of "Amazing Grace". The Hubbards have admired Doyle's music for many years and they've always been inspired by the way Doyle shares his faith in Christ. It was an honor for the Hubbard Family to play with such a fantastic musician.
